Meet Terri
Hi, I'm Terri, Founder of Virtually Fabulous.
With over 15 years of experience in business support, operations and project management, I've built my career around helping businesses create structure, improve efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
After working across a variety of operational and leadership support roles, I found my passion in the aesthetics industry, supporting clinic owners with the many moving parts involved in running a successful clinic. From managing patient enquiries and memberships to implementing new systems, launching projects and refining patient journeys, I quickly realised that many clinic owners needed more than a traditional virtual assistant; they needed someone who truly understood how a clinic operates.
That's why I founded Virtually Fabulous.
Today, I work closely with aesthetic clinics across the UK, providing specialist virtual clinic coordination, operational support and project management services. My goal is to help clinic owners spend less time buried in administration and more time focusing on their patients, team and business growth.
I understand that every enquiry matters, every patient interaction shapes your reputation and every process behind the scenes contributes to the overall patient experience. Danielle is a Virtual Clinic Coordinator at Virtually Fabulous, specialising in managing the patient journey from first enquiry through to booking, treatment and ongoing follow-up.
With a highly organised and patient-focused approach, Danielle supports clinics with enquiry management, appointment scheduling, patient communications and diary coordination, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. She understands that a positive patient experience begins long before a patient walks through the clinic door and plays a key role in helping clinics deliver a seamless service at every stage of the journey.
Working closely with both patients and practitioners, Danielle helps keep clinic diaries organised, supports patient retention through timely follow-up and ensures no enquiry is left unanswered. Her attention to detail, proactive approach and commitment to exceptional service help clinics operate smoothly whilst giving patients the confidence that they are in safe and capable hands.
